Refunds and return policy
1. Returns Eligibility
We accept returns on eligible items within 7–14 days of delivery (depending on the product), provided the item is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags intact. Items that show signs of use or damage may not be eligible for return.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items may be non-returnable due to hygiene or safety reasons. These include, but are not limited to, personal care items, customized products, and final sale items. Such items will be clearly marked on the product page.
3. Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact us through our Contact Us page with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, return instructions will be provided. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
4. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was defective, damaged, or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Fadia Ali Store is not responsible for lost return packages.
5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, you will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
6. Exchanges
If you received a defective or incorrect item, we will gladly offer an exchange, subject to product availability. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
7. Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund within the stated timeframe, please check with your bank or payment provider first. If the issue persists, contact our support team for assistance.
8. Order Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.
